Below are links to other 3DMM websites, and to other pages that I find useful.
3dmm.com
The heart of the community. This is one of the oldest 3DMM sites out there, and also one of the longest running. Run by Space Goat since 1997.
|
3dmm.co.uk
The biggest 3dmm site (before 3dmm.com took over). I consider it one of the coolest. The site was shut down in 2003, where for 19 years it stayed dormant until it was recently put back online by Will Cheyney! Run by Will Maltby from 1999 to 2003.
|
Tunafilms
Tunafilms, not unlike this site, was a Canadian 3DMM site. It had a very consistent design. This site went out around the same time as 3dmm.co.uk. Run by Tuna Hematoma until around 2002-2003.
|
Dragonfilms
A 3DMM site with a vast collection of movies. Run by Gerfro from 1998 to 2006, until it was put back online in 2014.
|
TNT-Films
TNT-Films is one of the best looking newbie 3DMM pages. It's a badass website and one with a hell of a cool design. Run by Pokerman.
|
Lock N' Toad
Gorosaurus and Aaron Haynes, two of the most talented early-2000s animators, ran this site. It's a nice site, sadly defunct now, and has a TON of reviews. All of the 3DMM critics held their reviews on this site. Run by Aaron Haynes/Gorosaurus until 2004.
|
3dmmstudio.co.uk
The 2nd biggest 3dmm site of all time. Because 3dmm.co.uk was dormant for so many years, its' popularity dwindled and 3dmmstudio came to shine. 3dmmstudio has been run since it's opening date (sometime around 2002) by Will Cheyney, a webmaster accomplice of Will Maltby and another UK 3DMMer.

The Old Net
A neat HTTP-based Wayback Machine viewer. Useful for viewing new sites on old browsers.
|
Cloudflare
An incredibly powerful DNS/site management provider. Provides a site DNS manager, an email forwarder for your domain, and a slew of useful tools and utilities for managing your domain.
|
W3Schools
One of the most useful resources for learning/understanding programming and web design.
|
Mozilla Dev Docs
Another very useful web standard education resource.
|
W3 Web Consortium
The people who essentially make the web possible by maintaining standards such as HTML, CSS, JS, and SVG.
|
Leon Arnott's Page
A useful page with a CSS text effects library.
